不同方法制备的加味化瘀汤的镇痛、消肿作用实验观察

摘  要:目的:在魏氏验方化瘀汤基础上加味制成加味化瘀汤,以扩大魏氏验方化瘀汤的应用范围。方法:运用两种不同方法制备的化瘀汤与新癀片组、泰诺组、空白组进行镇痛实验比较;并与新癀片组、布洛芬组、空白组进行消肿作用试验比较。结果:加味化瘀汤1号方、2号方在镇痛方面优于新癀片组,与泰诺组无差异;1号方在消肿方面优于2号方、新癀片组、布洛芬组。结论:加味化瘀汤1号方、2号方均有一定的止痛作用,醇提法比水提法消肿疗效更佳。OBJECTIVE:To expand the clinical application of Wei's Hua Yu decoction,we prepared and tested the action of Hua Yu decoction with additives on the basis of original decoction. METHODS: The analgesic effects of the two decoctions, tylenol, Xin-Huang tablet and placebo were compared. And the anti-infla-mmatory effects of the two decoctions , Xin-Huang tablet and ibuprofen were also compared. RESULTS:The analgesic effect of Hua Yu decoction with additive( I &. I )is better than that of Xin-Huang tablet. There is no significant difference between Hua Yu decoction and tylenol groups. The anti-inflammatory effect of the decoction with additire( I ) is better than decoction with additive( n ) ,Xin-Huang tablet and ibuprofen. CONCLUSION:Hua Yu decoctions with additiveC I &- I )have analgesic effect. The anti-inflammatory effect of ethanol extract of the decoction is better than that of aqueous extract of the decoction.
