生肌愈皮膏的实验与临床研究

摘　　要：动物实验和临床病例观察结果表明:生肌愈皮膏(SG)可使感染性和外伤性病灶愈合加快,增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,提高豚鼠淋巴细胞转化百分率。在体外,SG可抑制多种细菌的生长繁殖。同时,动物实验表明,本品具有较强的镇痛和抗炎作用。临床上SG对褥疮、(?)疮、皮肤和肢体溃疡等具有明显疗效。Pharmacological effects of Shengji Yupigao(SC) were observed through the animal experiments and clinical cases .The results of experiments showed that SG made the focus both of infection and wound heal quickly .It enhanced the phagocytic rate and index of macrophagocytes in the mice abdominal cavity, increased the percentage of transfermation of lymphocyted in Guineapigs.SG inhibited the growth of severial bacteria in vitro. At the same time,the results showed that this drug produced stronger analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. The clinical studies showed that SC produced obvious curative effects to bedsore,ulcer on the shank,skin and limbs ulcer.
