摘 要:目的是建立一种简易的血管内电刺激致内皮细胞损伤的动物血栓模型。方法:采用血管内电刺激与夹闭动脉结合法,造成动脉栓塞。通过生物信号记录系统,观察血压曲线。从刺激开始到血压曲线变为直线的时间即为栓塞时间。结果:电刺激+夹闭动脉组平均栓塞时间为19.29±2.56min,夹闭动脉组,电刺激+夹闭动脉+肝素组在实验观察的1h内未形成动脉栓塞。结论为该血管内电刺激诱发家兔血栓模型简易可行,适用于急性动物实验。Objective to establish a simple endothelial injured thrombus model induced by intravaseular electricity-stimulus in ani- mals. Methods a method of the intravascular electricity-stimulus combining with artery-closure is used in this study. The blood pressure curve is observed through the biologic signal recorder. The obstruction time is defined as the time from stimulus beginning to the beeline occurrence. Results: This paper presents the result of the study that the average obstruction time in the electricity-stimulus + artery-closure group is 19. 29 ± 2.56min. There is not thrombus obstruction occurring in the artery-closure group and the electricity- stimulus + artery-closure + heparin group in experimental observation for lh. conclusion. The establishment of thrombus model induced by intravascular electricity-stimulus in rabbit is simple and easily- handled, which is available for acute animal experiments.
