摘 要:通过X-射线衍射检测黑钨渣中所含铁、钙、锰和锡的赋存是以Ca0.15Fe2.85O4、MnFe2O4、Fe3O4、SnO2以及脉石。设计专门的富集工艺除去其中的钙、锰以及部分的铁,从而达到富集的目的。研究表明硫酸浓度为0.5M、固液比为1:80、反应温度为70℃、反应时间为1小时,处理后渣样中钨含量从1.5%上升至8.2%,铌和钽的含量提高1倍。the main phase of black tungsten residue are Ca0.15Fe2.85O4,MnFe2O4, Fe3O4, SnO2 and gangue by X-ray diffraction. A concentration technics is set up to remove the most of the calcium and manganese composition, and also partial iron composition. The results indicate that the optimal treatment condition are following: the concentration of vitriol is 0.5mol/L, the ratio of solid and liquid reaches 80, the reaction temperature is 70℃, and the reaction time is 1 hour. After treating, the content of tungsten goes up from i.5% to 8.2%, and the content of niobium and tantalum are also goes up.
