摘 要:图形分布金属纳米晶体掺杂的玻璃材料有着巨大的应用潜力,寻找一种简易高效的图形化制备方法受到科研人员的高度关注。利用高温高压直流电场的定向诱导迁移作用,结合后续热处理工艺,即可在硅酸盐玻璃基片中形成与表面银膜图形相对应的银纳米晶分布,从而实现纳米晶体图形的电场诱导热转印。本文研究了电场诱导热转印中金属离子扩散及纳米晶析出过程,发现经过电场诱导扩散后,银主要以Ag+和Ag0形态分布在深度为0-100μm的玻璃表层中,经过后续热处理生成粒径为7-15nm的银纳米晶图形层。研究表明在电场诱导热转印过程中,Ag+在受电场诱导作用进行定向扩散之外,也在玻璃表层中发生一定的浓度梯度扩散,而在后续热处理时由于再次浓度梯度扩散和纳米晶体长大引起的银聚集效应,导致图形边界发生模糊。这些因素的综合作用决定转印图形的最终精度。The fabrication of patterned metallic nano-crystalline doped glasses has attracted much attention for its potential application. With direct current electric field induced diffusion under high temperature and due post heat treatment, patterned silver layer on glass surface could be transfer printed into the Na20-CaO-SiO2 glass substrate. The diffusion of silver and sodium ions under DC electric field was studied, as well as the crystallization of the silver particles. It was shown that silver was concentrated in the forms of Ag^+ and Ag^0 within the depth of 100μm in the glass beneath the anode, and then silver nano-crystals was formed in size of 7-15nm. The existence of the minor diffusion in the transfer print process caused by the concentration gradient was proved. The minor diffusion, which combined with silver concentration effect in the nucleation- growth process, would change the precision of the transferred pattern.
