摘 要:本文分析了摩托车离合器主轴用材、金相组织、显微硬度以及断口扫描电镜(SEM)宏观、微观形貌,结果表明,该摩托车离合器主轴断裂主要原因是轴颈突变截面尖角顶端曲率半径ρ值太小,形成很大的应力集中从而形成裂纹源,然后裂纹逐步扩展造成的。This paper analyzed the chemical composition, optical microstructure and micro-hardness of a failed shaft installed in a motorcycle clutch, as well as the macroscopic and microscopic appearances of the fracture. The results show that the fracture of the shaft can be ascribed to the too small curve radius in the neck located between the two neighboring parts with distinct sectional area, which resulted in local stress concentration. As a result, cracks initiated in the weak regions near the neck, which further propagated to lead to the final fracture.
