九香止泻片木香挥发油提取及包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的优选九香止泻片中木香挥发油的提取及包合工艺。方法以木香挥发油的质量为评价指标,研究木香挥发油提取量与药材用量的函数关系;以包合物收率、油转移率、含油率为指标,采用正交试验评价包合工艺。结果木香药材用量与提取挥发油的量函数关系属一级动力学模型;包合适宜用研磨法,最优工艺条件为:β-环糊精与挥发油按6∶1投料,加4倍量水,研磨1 h。结论药材用量与挥发油提取量不成比例;该包合工艺可提高制剂的稳定性,为生产提供了科学的实验依据。Objective To optimize the conditions for extraction of volatile oil of Rose banksiae in Jiuxiang Zhixie enteric tablets and inclusion process. Methods With the weight of volatile oil to evaluate the extraction as the target marker,single-element experiments were conducted to determine the optimum conditions for extracting the volatile oil. And the inclusion technology were studied by the transfer, content and recovery rate of the volatile oils in the complex with orthogonal design. Results The relationship between the quantity of costus root and the volatile oils is first-order dynamic equation. The optimized inclusion conditions were that β-CD and volatile oil were mixed in the proportion of 6：1, 4 times water was added into the mixture and the mixture was triturated for 60 min. Conclusions The relationship between the quantity of costus root and the volatile oils is not proportional, and the inclusion can increase the stability of preparation, which can be used for the quality control of Jiuxiang Zhixie enteric tablets.
