摘　　要：本文分析了平面衍射光栅产生杂散光的原因,指出了影响杂散光的基本因素。详细讨论了测量光栅杂散光的光学衰减法,还对测量结果的可靠性作了分析。叙述了减少仪器杂散光的方法。In this paper, the causes of stray light from plane diffractiongratings are analysed. A method of reducing light intensities for the measurement of stray light is discussed in detail, and the reliability in measurement of results is also analysed. The methods of reducing stray light from instrument are described.
