大隆对家栖鼠的适口性和毒效观察

摘　　要：0.005％大隆毒饵对家栖鼠的无选择性试验结果表明,摄入纯药量为0.15—0.25mg,毒鼠率为100％;有选择性试验的选食系数为1.06—1.37,毒鼠率为100％。The nonchoice feeding tests of 0. 005% Brodifacoum bait against domestic ro- dents were conducted in laboratory. The results showed that the dose were 0. 15-0. 25mg, the death rate was 100%. The ingestion coefficients from the choice feeding tests were 1. 06-1. 37,the death rate was 100%.
