激光干涉法一次振动校准的方法误差评判

摘　　要：激光干涉法一次振动校准所用标准振动台由于在校准过程中存在谐波失真,从而给校准结果引入了一项方法误差。本文对此进行了数学推导和实验考查,并系统地分析了共产生的原因、大小以及对校准结果的影响,还阐述了抑制和减小这项误差的原则方法。The error of method introduced in the primary vibration calibration by a laser interferometry due to the harmonic distortion existed in the standard vibrator is investigated mathematically and experimentally in this paper.The principal points for reducing this error are also given.
