摘  要:在一般条件下,空蚀磨损状况是决定水轮机是否需要大修的主要因素,采用金属复层是水轮机表面防护以延长大修周期的主要措施。成功地应用Fe-Ni-Cr-B系的GB1系列焊条解决了水轮机空蚀及空蚀磨损联合作用问题,火焰喷焊Ni-Cr-B-Si等解决小型水轮机抗磨问题及超音速火焰喷涂碳化钨解决大中型水轮机抗磨损问题等。此外,还介绍了工程中也获得应用的其他复层方法。Generally,whether the hydraulic turbine need to be overhauled or not depends on the status of cavitation erosion and abrasion.The major measures to prolong the overhaul interval are used compound metal layer to protect the surface of hydraulic turbine.The Fe-Ni-Cr-B series electrodes including GB1 series were successfully applied to resolve the interaction problem of cavitation erosion and abrasion in hydraulic turbine. The abrasion resistance of small hydraulic turbine was carried out by flames spray-welding of Ni-Cr-B-Si,and the abrasion resistance of large and medium hydraulic turbine was resolved by supersonic flames spray-welding of SiC.In addition,the methods to obtain the compound metal layer in engineering were introduced.
