电针对实验性骨折愈合作用的组织学观察

摘　　要：将健康雄性家兔36只手术造成左侧桡骨中段3mm骨缺损，术后分电针组和对照组，并于一、二、四周分别处死，以骨折局部标本，通过组织形态学方法观察电针对骨折愈合的作用，并进行初步探讨。实验结果显示：电针组在第一周能够促进血肿的机化，第二、四周能够促进成骨细胞的增生、骨痂的形成，经等级资料两样本比较，两组之间有显著差异（P＜0．01或0．05），说明电针具有促进骨折愈合的作用。36 rabbits, male. The left radia were damaged for 3mm in width in the middle part by surgery.Then they were divided into two groups: electrotherapy group and control group. After 1, 2 and 4 weeks, the samples of local region were taken, and ohserved the positive-effect by histologic method on the fracture by electrotherapy. The results show: the electrotherapy can promote the organization of hematoma in the first week; and in the second, fourth week, it can accelerate the hyperplasia of osteoblast and the formation of callus.
