穴位埋线治疗颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：运用颈经验穴治疗 1 2 0例 ,并随机设综合疗法对照组 1 2 0例 ,进行临床对照观察。结果表明 :本法不仅能很好地改善症状 ,疗效达 94.2 % ,明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;而且远期疗效好 ,疗效巩固率较对照组高 (P<0 .0 1 )。其中病程与疗效分析表明 ,病程在 2年以内疗效最好 ;分型结果表明 ,对颈型、神经根型疗效最好。cases of cervical spondynopathy treated by catgut implantation at experimental points on the neck and control group of 12 0 cases treated with combined treatment were observed clinically.Results indicated that the catgut implantation at acupoint not onl improved very well symptoms,the curative effect reaching 94 .2 % ,which was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0 .0 1) ;but also had a good long- term therapeutic effect,the consolidation rate of therapeutic effect being higher than that in the control group( P<0 .0 1) .Analysis of duration of disease and therapeutic effects indicates that the therapeutic effect is the best in the patients with less than 2 years of duration of disease and results of disease typing indicates that the therapeutic effect is the best in the cervical type and nerve root type.
