摘　　要：背景血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)和细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)与心肌缺血的关系还未定论。目的探讨高血压人群VCAM-1和ICAM-1与缺血性心电图表现的关系。方法在蒙古族高血压现况研究的基础上,对高血压患者486例进行心电图检查、VCAM-1和ICAM-1的检测。用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果缺血性心电图表现组的VCAM-1、ICAM-1与非缺血性心电图表现组无显著性差异。经多因素logistic回归分析,各VCAM-1和ICAM-1水平对缺血性心电图表现的OR值均无统计学意义。结论血清VCAM-1和ICAM-1水平与高血压伴发缺血性心电图表现无关联。VCAM-1和ICAM-1与心肌缺血的关系仍需前瞻性的队列研究加以验证。Background The relationship between vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 （VCAM-1） and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 （ICAM-1） and myocardial ischemia are uncertain. Objective To explore the relationship between VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 and ischemic electrocardiogram manifestation among hypertensives. Methods Based on cross sectional study on hypertension in a cohort of Mongolian population, electrocardiogram examinations were conducted, and VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 in serum were determined in 486 hypertensives. Results There was no difference in VCAM-1 [（366.8±101.4） vs （349.3±102.4）μg/L] and ICAM-1 [（299.5±95.1） vs （299.1μ96.4）μg/L] levels between subjects with ischemic electrocardiogram manifestation and without ischemic electrocardiogram manifestation（all P〉0.05）. By multivariate logistic analysis, the ORs of subjects with ischemic electrocardiogram manifestation for various levels of VCAM-1 and ICAM-1 were not significant （all P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of VCAM-1, ICAM-1 in serum were not associated with ischemic electrocardiogram manifestation among hypertensives. The relationship between VCAM 1, ICAM-1 and myocardial ischemia remain to be examined by prospective cohort study.
