Effects of ^(60)Co-γ Ray Irradiation on the Phytochrome Content and Some Physiology Indexes of Hongda Tobacco Seedling

摘  要:通过对不同剂量60Co-γ射线辐射处理后红大烟苗叶片中几种酶活性、MDA及叶绿素含量的变化研究,发现100 Gy处理以内的叶片中MDA含量比对照降低,酶活性比对照提高,但小于60 Gy处理的效果不明显。最佳的辐射剂量为80Gy,MDA含量比对照降低了2.83×10-3μmol/mg,SOD活性比对照提高8.4%,与辐射剂量成正相关关系,POD活性是对照的2倍,CAT活性是对照的1.2倍;叶绿素a含量比对照提高1.1%、叶绿素b含量比对照提高3.3%。Study on the effects of some enzyme activity and MDA,chlorophyll content of Hongda tobacco seed- ling irradiated by ^60Co-γ, ray. The results showed that the MDA content was decreased,some enzyme activity was increased when the dosage was under 100 Gy. 80 Gy was the fittest irradiation dose, MDA content decreased to 2.83 × 10^-3mol/mg compared with ck;The activity of SOD was 8.4% above the ck,there was a positive correlation between SOD and irradiation dosage, the activity of POD was 2 times more than the ck and the activity of CAT was 1.2 times more than the ck ;The content of chlorophyll a content was 1.1% above the ck and the content chlorophyU b of was 1.1% above the ck.
