周期性方波拉伸对人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞增殖与凋亡的影响  

Effects of Cyclic Squarewave Stretch on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Human Squamous Carcinoma of Tongue Cell Line Tca8113

摘　　要：通过FX-4000柔性基底加载系统对细胞加载、用流式细胞仪检测分析,研究了周期性方波拉伸对体外培养人舌鳞癌Tca8113细胞增殖与凋亡的影响。实验结果显示:细胞接种在胶原蛋白Ⅰ(CollagenⅠ)基底膜上,应变幅度5%,频率0.5 Hz,加载时间4 h的条件下,与对照组比较方波拉伸组Tca8113细胞的增殖速率得到明显的抑制,凋亡率明显上升。研究表明:方波拉伸后的Tca8113细胞增殖和凋亡行为发生了明显的改变。The effects of cyclic squarewave stretch on proliferation and apoptosis of human squamous carcinoma of tongue cell line Tca8113 were studied using FX-4000 strain unit, and analysed by flow cytometry. The results show that cellular proliferation rate reduced and apoptosis rate increased significantly in squarewave （5% elongation at frequency 0.5Hz for 4h） group when compared with the control group. It was concluded that Squarewave Stretch changes the proliferation and apoptosis of Tca8113 cell significantly.
