山东产中药瞿麦化学成分的比较与鉴别

摘　　要：对山东产４种２变种中药瞿麦进行了化学成分的系统预试、薄层层析及紫外光谱测定。结果表明，４种２变种中药瞿麦的主要成分均为黄酮和皂甙类，并含有少量生物碱、挥发油和其它成分。提出了中药瞿麦的理化鉴别方法和用薄层层析法区别瞿麦和石竹类药材的方法。Herba Dianthi of different sources have been compared and identified by system preparative test of chemical constituents, TLC and ultraviolet spectrum. The results show that the major chemical composition of Herba Dianghi of four species and two varieties are all saponins and flavonoids, and a small amount alkaloids, volatil oils and other chemical composition. Methods of physical-chemical identification of Herba Dianthi and methods of identification between Dianthus superbus and Dianthus chinensis by TLC are also presented.
