甲基汞对小鼠卵巢线粒体ATP酶活性的影响

摘　　要：甲基汞急性染毒后，小鼠卵巢线粒体ＡＴＰ酶活性测定结果表明：１／２００ＬＤ５０组有上升趋势，１／２０ＬＤ５０组有下降趋势，而１／２ＬＤ５０组则显著下降。随着甲基汞剂量的增大，小鼠体重下降显著。提示高剂量甲基汞对卵巢线粒体的功能及机体有一定的损害作用。We have investigated the effect of methylmercury(MeHg)on the ATPase activity of oval mitochondrion in mice.After the oral acute administration of MeHe,the ATPase activity shows the attendence of increase in 1/200 LD 50 group,of decrease in 1/20 LD 50 group.As the dose of MeHg increases,the body weight of mice drops significantly (P<0 05).The result of the present investigation shows that high dose of MeHg have damage effect on the function of oval mitochondrion in mice.
