10例枕颈融合Cervifix内固定术后并发症的观察与护理

摘　　要：报告了10例枕颈融合Cervifix内固定手术早期并发症的观察和护理。认为护理的重点是及时巡视、严密观察生命体征和血氧饱和度变化,准确评估患者肢体感觉、活动、肌力,加强对脊髓损伤、呼吸衰竭、硬脊膜撕裂脑脊液漏、切口感染、压疮、供骨区血肿、植骨块脱出等并发症的观察。及时发现患者存在的问题,早期干预,是提高手术疗效、促进康复的有效措施。It reports the observation of early complications in 10 cases receiving occipitocervical fusions with Cervifix internal fixation and nursing measures. The key points of nursing were to observe the changes of vital signs and oxygen saturation closely; to evaluate the patients＇ limb sensation, activity and muscle strength correctly; to strengthen the observation of complications such as the spinal injury,respiratory failure,leakage of cerebrospinal fluid caused by the laceration of duramater,infection of incisional wound,pressure sore,haematoma in bone graft donor area and dislocation of graft bone. To discover the patients＇ trouble in time and to intervene early are the effective measures to improve the treatment results and promote the rehabilitation.
