摘　　要：总结短期收治大批量手足口病患儿,护理管理系统有效应对的做法和经验。主要做法是及时准确分诊,合理调配资源,优化流程,修订制度,收集信息等。以上做法既保证了积极救治手足口病患儿,又使日常工作正常进行,有效应对了突发性公共卫生事件,保证了护理工作质量及护理安全。The paper summarizes the experiences of how the nursing administrative system effectively dealt with the sudden and rapid spreading of large-scale children hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）. Some measures were adopted, including triaging timely and exactly, distributing resources appropriately, optimizing the flow, emending institution, collecting information and so on. These strategies not only ensured treating children HFMD actively and effectively, but also made daily nursing work in normal, dealt with sudden public health incidents effectively and ensured high quality and safety nursing care.
