生脉散对慢性心力衰竭患者心室重塑和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察生脉散对慢性心力衰竭患者心室重塑及生活质量的作用。方法120例慢性心力衰竭患者随机进入治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组予以基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的同时加用生脉散,疗程12周。观察心功能分级、Lee氏心力衰竭计分、中医证候、生活质量、肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素(Ang)、内皮素(ET)、醛固酮(ALD)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)等疗效指标及安全性指标。结果两组患者上述各指标均有明显改善,且治疗组在心力衰竭疗效、心室重塑指标及生活质量方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论生脉散治疗慢性心力衰竭具有显著的疗效和逆转心室重塑作用,能明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Shengmai Powder on ventricular remodeling and quality of life of chronic heart failure patients. Methods The 120 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated hy routine therapy, while the treatment group was added by Shengmai Powder, for 12 weeks. The heart function grading, Lees scoring of heart failure, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, quality of life, plasma renin activity （PRA）, angiotensin Ⅱ （Ang Ⅱ）, endothelin （ET）, aldosterone （ALD）, left ventricular end diastolic volume （LVEDV）, left ventricular systolic volume （LVESV）, left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and the safety parameters were observed. Results The above mentioned indices of both groups were obviously improved. The effect of heart failure and TCM syndromes, and the indices of ventricular remodeling and quality of life in the treatment group were better than those in the control group with a significant difference （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic heart failure, Shengmai Powder is obviously effective in ventricular remodeling, and can improve the quality of life of the patients.
