青陈合剂对脾虚气滞型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者血浆胃动素及体表胃电图的影响

摘　　要：目的观察青陈合剂对脾虚气滞型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃动力的影响。方法将60例脾虚气滞型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组口服中药青陈合剂每次20ml,每日3次;对照组口服吗丁啉每次10mg,每日3次。治疗30天后观察两组服药前后症状积分、血浆胃动素、体表胃电图的动态改变。结果试验组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率73.33%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在降低胃动过缓率、改善餐后胃电节律等方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青陈合剂能有效调节脾虚气滞型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃肠激素、增强胃蠕动、改善胃电节律、促进胃排空。Objective To observe the effect of Qingehen Mixture on the plasma motilin and electrogastrograph of diabetic gastroparesis （DGP） patients in spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome. Methods The 60 DGP patients in spleen-deficiency and qistagnation syndrome were randomized into the trail group, treated by Qingchen Mixture, 3 times a day, 20ml each time, and the control group, treated by Domperidone, 3 times a day, 10ml each time. After 30 days, the scores of clinic symptoms, plasma motilin and the electro-gastrogram （EGG） were observed for comparing with those before treatment. Results The total effective rate of trail group was 93.33% while that of the control group was 73.33%, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. In decreasing the slow gastric motion rate and improving gastric electric rhythm, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine Qingchen Mixture can regulate gastrointestinal hormone, strengthen gastric wriggle, improve electro-gastric rhythm, and accelerate gastric emptying.
