养阴活血解毒法对冠心病患者心功能储备及内皮功能的影响  

Effect of Yangyin Huoxue Jiedu Therapy on Storage of Heart Function and Endothelial Function of the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：目的研究养阴活血解毒中药对伴心功能储备减低的冠心病患者的临床疗效及其对内皮功能的影响。方法选择临床拟诊为冠心病的患者60例,按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组常规给予β受体阻滞剂、钙通道阻滞剂或长效硝酸酯类药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合养阴活血解毒中药治疗,观察临床疗效并复查平板运动试验。结果治疗组疼痛发作次数较治疗前显著减少,血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、内皮素1(ET-1)和内皮素(ET)/一氧化氮(NO)显著降低,血清NO水平显著升高,运动终点时间显著延长(P<0.05或P<0.01);在降低血清CRP、IL-6、ET-1水平、升高NO水平、改善心功能储备方面亦优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论养阴活血解毒中药对冠心病患者有较好的临床缓解作用,能有效地改善患者的冠状动脉内皮炎症反应、内皮功能和心功能储备能力。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yangyin （Replenishing Yin） Huoxue （Activating blood） Jiedu （Clearing toxic） therapy on coronary heart disease （CHD） and on endothelial function. Methods Totally 60 coronary heart disease patients were randomized into treatment and control groups, 30 in each. The control group received routine treatment including β receptor blocker, calcium channel blocker （CCB） and long-acting nitrate. The treatment group received the routine treatment and Yangyin Huoxue Jiedu therapy. The effect was observed and treadmill exercise test （TET） was performed before and after treatment. Results In the treatment group, the frequency of chest pain was greatly lowered than that in the control group, the levels of serum C-reactive protein （CRP）, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, endothelin-l（ET-1） and endothelin （ET） /nitric oxide （NO） were significantly decreased, the level of NO was tremendously increased, the time in TET was obviously prolonged （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. In decreasing CRP, IL-6 and ET-1, increasing NO, and improving the storage of heart function, the effect of treatment group was also better than that of the control group （P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yangyin Huoxue Jiedu therapy is effective in relieving endothelial inflammatory reactions in coronary and improving the endothelial function and storage of heart function.
