摘　　要：美国的建筑工程担保制度,经过一百多年的发展,已形成较成熟和健全的保证担保体系,其理论或实践均对中国建筑工程担保业的发展具有借鉴意义。Through more than one hundred years of development, American engineering assured guarantee system has become a more mature and sound assured guarantee system, of which the theory and practice can be used for reference for the development of Chinese construction engineering guarantee industry.
