摘 要:综合应用了单因素试验和正交试验,对4Cr5MoSiV钢进行了电火花加工工艺试验。在分析电加工特征的基础上,考查了电规准及交互作用对材料去除率、电极损耗、相对损耗等影响,并对电火花加工机理进行了研究。研究结果表明:4Cr5MoSiV在峰值电流为424 A,脉冲宽度为25400μs,加工电压为80200 V范围内,电极材料为工业纯铜T1,采用负极性加工时,脉冲宽度对相对损耗比的影响效果比峰值电流、加工电压显著;选择合适的脉冲宽度可以在低电极损耗比的条件下获得较高的材料去除率。The technology experimentations of EDM for 4Cr5MoSiV were compositely performed by single factor and orthogonal methods.On the basis of analyzing EDM characteristics,the influences of electric parameters and interaction on material removal rate,electrode loss and proportion of relative loss were examined,the mechanism of EDM was investigated.The examined and investigated results show that the influence of pulse width on proportion of relative loss is larger than that of peak current and machining voltage at machined material of 4Cr5MoSiV,peak current of 4~24 A,pulse width of 25~400 μs,machining voltage of 80~200 V,electrode material of industrial copper of type T1 with purity 99.95% and machining in negative polarity;the higher material removal rate is obtained by choosing suitable pulse width at low proportion of electrode loss.
