摘 要:目的:研究白藜芦醇对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法:通过建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,以不同剂量的白藜芦醇对心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型大鼠舌静脉注射,并观察心肌细胞内肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)代谢情况。结果:白藜芦醇呈剂量依赖性缩小大鼠缺血再灌注心肌梗死范围;减少缺血再灌注心肌细胞内CK和LDH的释放;降低心肌缺血再灌注诱发的ST-T段的抬高;改善缺血再灌注心肌光镜下的细胞损伤;可使缺血再灌注大鼠血清SOD活性升高、MDA含量减少。结论:白藜芦醇对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其机制也与脂质过氧化有关。Objective: To study the protective effect of Res on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods: Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model was used to study the protective effect of different dosage resvaratrol on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Results: Res shrinked the size of myocardial infarction induced by the ischemia-reperfusion method, inhibited the release of creatine kinase (CK) and lactatedehydrogenase (LDH) from the injured myocardium and reduced elegated ST-T of electrocardiogram (ECG) caused by myocardial ischemic-reperfused injury in dose-dependent way. Res also improved the morphological changes of injured myocardium. Increased the activity of SOD in serum of rat ischemia reperfusion and decreased the content of MDA. Conclusion : Res has protective action on myocardial ischemia- reperfusion injury in rats. Lipid peroxidation is involred in the mechanism.
