摘 要:采用过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂在十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)微胶束中化学氧化法制备纳米棒状聚苯胺;DBSA既起乳化剂也起掺杂剂的作用。制备的聚苯胺通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜进行表征。透射电镜观察到了纳米结构聚苯胺的有序排列结构。最后,考察了掺杂剂/苯胺、氧化剂/苯胺的摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间对聚苯胺电导率的影响。结果表明:掺杂剂/苯胺、氧化剂/苯胺的摩尔比和反应温度、反应时间分别为1.06、0.5、5℃1、2 h时,聚苯胺的电导率最高达到0.72 S/cm。Chemical .oxidative polymerization of aniline was performed in micellar solution of dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid (DBSA), using ammonium persulfate (APS) as an oxidant to obtain conductive nanorods. DBSA was used to play double roles of a surfactant and a dopant. The products of polyaniline doped with DBSA were characterized with FTIR, UV-vis, XRD and SEM. The crystalline morphology was observed using TEM. The effects of reaction parameters on the conductivity were discussed such as the molar ratio of DBSA to aniline, oxidant to aniline, reaction time, and reaction time. When the molar ratios of DBSA/Ani and APS/Ani were 1.06 and 0. 5, the reaction temperature and time 5 ℃ and 12 h, respectively, the highest conductivity of 0. 72 S/cm was observed.
