摘  要:针对传统行波保护可靠性低这一缺点,提出一种基于暂态行波幅值比较的新型超高速线路保护方案。该方案基于故障发生后一段时间内,正向行波幅值积分与反向行波幅值积分的比值来确定故障方向。若线路两端保护的判断结果均为正向故障,保护将发出跳闸命令。该文对保护的原理判据和影响行波方向保护的主要因素分别进行了仿真分析,PSCAD/EMTDC仿真结果表明,所提方案能够快速、可靠地识别线路区内外故障,其性能基本不受故障电阻、故障时刻、母线或线路接线方式等的影响,该保护原理清晰,实现简单,具有良好的工程应用前景。To improve the reliability of conventional protection using travelling wave, a novel transient travelling wave based amplitude comparison ultra high speed directional protection was proposed. The amplitudes of forward and backward travelling wave caused by a fault were integrated respectively within a short time after fault. The fault direction was determined by the ratio of the integral values. If two relays at the ends of a line detect a fault to be in the forward direction, a trip order will be issued. Theoretical criterion and main factors influencing the performance of travelling wave protection were simulated and analyzed. The EMTDC simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can discriminate a fault as internal or external rapidly and reliably, and its performances are immune to fault resistances, fault inception angles, structures of line or busbar, etc. The protection scheme is simple and feasible.
