摘 要:为阐明十字隔墙对自然通风逆流湿式冷却塔冷却特性的影响,基于CFD软件FLUENT,建立了十字隔墙湿式冷却塔的三维数值计算模型,对塔内外空气动力场及塔内气-水两相间的传热传质进行了三维数值模拟。在2种典型风向下,分析了十字隔墙对冷却塔雨区空气动力场、水池水面水温场、通风量、塔内各区平均传热传质系数、各区冷却水温降及冷却水总温降的影响。研究表明:低风速时,十字隔墙可增大冷却塔总体冷却性能;高风速时,风向与迎风侧第1块隔墙平行时,冷却塔总体冷却性得到提高,风向与迎风侧第1块隔墙夹角为45°时,冷却塔总体冷却性能下降,间隙十字隔墙可有效减小无缝十字隔墙因高速侧风风向变化而产生的不利影响。To clarify the effect of cross wall on the cooling performance of natural draft counter-flow wet cooling tower under crosswind conditions, the three-dimensional numerical model of wet cooling tower with cross wall was set up based on CFD code FLUENT. The air dynamic field inside and around tower was simulated numerically and the characteristics of tower inner heat and mass transfer between water and air were also analyzed. Under two typical crosswind directions, the effect of cross wall on rain zone air dynamic field, water temperature contours of water pond surface, air mass flow rate, the mean heat and mass transfer coefficients of each zone, the water temperature drop in each zone and the total water temperature drop was analyzed. It can be known that the cross wall can improve the total cooling performance of tower under low speed crosswind. And the cooling tower performance can also be improved if the crosswind direction is parallel to the windward first plate under high speed crosswind, but it is degraded if the angle between the high speed crosswind direction and the windward first plate is 45°. The gabcross-wall can reduce the unfavorable effect of no-gab- cross-wall caused by variable crosswind direction under high speed crosswind effectively.
