摘  要:通过热重分析研究对比了一种精煤水煤浆和一种低挥发分水煤浆的燃烧特性。结果表明,精煤水煤浆样品的着火和燃尽温度均低于低挥发分水煤浆,其着火、稳燃综合指数Rw高于低挥发分水煤浆。利用220t/h燃油改水煤浆锅炉试烧该低挥发分水煤浆样品,得到炉内温度、火焰黑度分布规律以及排烟成分特征,发现主要运行参数基本达到设计燃料数值,能够满足锅炉和机组运行要求,但锅炉燃烧效率和热效率均比设计值低。可通过调风等措施提高锅炉效率。燃料燃烧特性的热重分析结果与实际锅炉燃烧测试结果较吻合,为大型电站锅炉燃用低挥发分类水煤浆提供了借鉴和参考。Combustion characteristics of a kind of low- volatile coal water slurry (CWS) and another kind of refined coal water slurry were investigated and compared by using thermogravimetry (TG). Results show that ignition and burnout temperatures of refined CWS are lower than low-volatile CWS, and refined CWS has a higher complex index of Rw, which indicates it is easier and more stable for ignition and combustion. Then the two CWS were combusted in a CWS boiler which was retrofired from an oil boiler. Furnace temperture, flame emissivity, flue gas components were tested. Data show that when low-volatile CWS is combusted, the main operation parameters can reach the designed standards and meet the operation requirements of boilers and steam turbines. However, the combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency are lower than the designed value, measures such as air controlling should be taken to improve the efficiencies. In respect of combustion characters, there is a well consistency between the results of thermogravimetry and the real boiler testing, which can provide uses for reference when such kind of low-volatile CWS is popularized in large power stations.
