摘  要:鉴于传统的电流互感器测试方法已经不适于校验新型的电流互感器,依据IEC标准和误差分析理论,研制出了一种以LabVIEW为开发平台的新型电子式电流互感器校验仪。该校验仪能准确测定出电子式电流互感器的比值误差、相角误差、频率、谐波等性能指标,具有方便、灵活、易于拓展功能等优点。采用离散傅里叶变换加窗插值算法可快速准确地测量波动频率,采用频率跟踪的方法减小了电网信号频率波动对校验结果的影响,大大提高了互感器校验的精度。Since traditional current tranformer testing method is not suitable for new type of current, according to IEC standard and error analysis theory a calibrator for new type of electronic current transformer based on LabVIEW platform is developed. The developed calibrator can determine such performance indices of electronic current transformer as ratio error, phase-angle error, frequency and harmonics accurately, it is easy to use, flexible and its function is easy to expand. By use of windowed interpolation algorithm based on discrete Fourier transform (DFT), the frequency fluctuation can be meaured quickly and accurately, combining with frequency tracking the affect of frenquency fluctuation of measured power network signal on calibration results is resolved and the calibration accuracy of current transformer is evidently improved.
