摘  要:研究了非晶态NiB催化下,α-甲基对叔丁基苯丙烯醛液相选择加氢合成铃兰醛。研究了加氢温度、压力、溶剂及添加剂对加氢反应的影响。动力学分析表明加氢反应对于底物呈一级动力学关系,同时发现加氢反应溶剂效应对于铃兰醛的选择性有较大影响,在甲苯、乙醇及环己烷中分别为100%、98.8%和85.0%。The liquid phase selective hydrogenation of α-methyl(p-tert-butyl)phenylacrolein to Lilial has been carried out over amorphous NiB alloy catalyst. The effect of reaction parameters such as temperature, pressure, solvent, and the effect of additives were studied. Kinetic analysis of the pre-reduced catalyst showed that the reaction is first order with respect to (α-methyl (p-tert-butyl)phenylacrolein. It was found that the solvent has a geat effect on the selectivity of Lilial, the selectivity of Lilail in toluene, alcohol and cyclohexane is 100%, 98.8% and 85.0%, respectively.
