造纸机烘缸选用循环油润滑的实践

摘　　要：通过对传统的机械油在中低速纸机和高速纸机上的应用以及对干燥部的工况分析,发现传统的机械油不能满足大型高速纸机的烘缸循环润滑;同时对选用的无灰矿物循环油如何更换及使用,对循环系统如何维护进行了总结。By analyzing the application situation of traditional machine oil on paper machine with various speed and the running conditions of paper dryer section,it is discovered that traditional machine oil can not meet the requirement of circulating lubrication for high speed paper machine dryers. For this reason, suggestions for how to replace and apply a selected ashless mineral oil,and how to maintain the circulating lubrication system are put forward.
