摘　　要：从图书馆建筑设计、读者服务和文献资源建设3个方面探讨了图书馆的人本管理问题,指出以人为本是建设和谐图书馆的指导思想和根本保障。From three aspects of the architectural design, service for readers and the construction of literature resources, this paper probes into the problem of the people-based management of the library, and points out that the people-based concept is the guiding ideology and essential guarantee of building the harmonious library.
