摘　　要：对3种不同类型图书馆(公共图书馆、高校图书馆、专业图书馆)的辅导培训工作进行了调查和比较研究,指出目前存在的问题,提出加强公共图书馆辅导培训工作的对策。This paper makes investigation and comparative study on the counseling ＆ training work of three different types of libraries （the public library, university library and professional library）, points out the existing problems,and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening public library＇s counseling ＆ training work.
