摘　　要：在综述美国和挪威面向中小企业信息服务模式的基础上,介绍了四川高校图书馆向中小企业提供信息服务的现状,分析了其存在的问题,探讨了构建面向中小企业信息服务的模式。Based on summing up American and Norwegian small and medium-sized enterprises oriented information service modes, this paper introduces the present situation of proving the information services for small and medium-sized enterprises by Sichuan university libraries, analyzes the existing problems, and probes into the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises oriented information service mode.
