摘　　要：目前我国建筑渣土在运输过程中时有造成路面严重污染的现象,因而建筑工地渣土车视觉检测系统具有开发前景;针对渣土车视觉监控系统,在对视觉监控现场环境进行分析的基础上,提出以HMS30C7202作为系统核心,设计了系统的硬件结构,详细分析了系统组成;渣土图像分析算法运用了实时性高的差分法,采用GPRS通讯模块,完成了对控制现场监控的网络化;该系统能很好地监控现有建筑工地造成路面污染的情况,充分发挥嵌入式系统的优势,达到理想的监控效果;通过现场测试证明,该系统实时性好,可靠性高。At present, China＇s construction residue soil during transport causes serious pollution to the road, therefore, construction residue soil visual inspection system is inevitable. Aim at construction building site residue soil visual inspection system, firstly, analyses the visual monitor environment, and presents the embedded system based on HMS30C7202. Secondly, designs the.surveillance system and actualizes hardware structure, and uses GPRS communication module to control the locale site. This system can solve the pollution of construction building site commendably, and exerts superiority of network adequately, obtains the required effect. Experiment results demonstrate the system superiority such as real--time and reliability.
