脑卒中中心专科护理队伍的现状与建议

摘　　要：为推进我国脑卒中医疗的发展,与国际先进的脑卒中医疗接轨,综述了脑卒中中心的功能及其对护理人力资源配备的要求,结合我国脑卒中中心管理模式尚未发展成熟的特点,提出培养脑卒中中心专科护士的必要性与可行性。同时,基于我国目前护理人员的知识结构、学历层次现状,就脑卒中中心专科护士的培养方法与培养内容提出建议。This paper introduced the functions of Stroke Center and the requirement of nurse staff, as well as the necessity and feasibility of the training of specialized nurses in Stroke Center based on the current status of Stroke Center in China. Moreover,according to the knowledge structure and educational background of nursing staff, some suggestions were proposed regarding the methods and contents of specialized nurse training in Stroke Center.
