手术室与“国际微笑行动”合作的实践与效果

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室与"国际微笑行动"合作的效果。方法按照与"国际微笑行动"合作程序和要求,对我院2006年至2007年收治的336例唇腭裂患儿实施手术。结果合作期间,在保证手术室日常工作正常运转的情况下,患儿均顺利完成手术治疗;术后恢复良好,患儿及家长满意度高,术后感染率低,患儿安全出院。结论手术室与"国际微笑行动"的成功合作,取决于严谨有序的组织管理、合理的人员配备及严格的器械管理。Objectives To explore the practice and effect of cooperation between operating room and ＂international smile campaign＂ . Method A total of 336 childrenpatients with cleft lip orcleft palate from Year 2006 to 2007 received operations according to the procedure and requirement of ＂international smile campaign＂ smile. Results All the children patients during the cooperation period recovered well after the operations with a high satisfaction rate and low infection rate. Conclusions The satisfying effect of cooperation between the operating room and ＂international smile campaign＂ depends on the well - organized management,rational nurse staffing and strict instrument management.
