摘　　要：对氨基酸(醛、酮)的还原或加成、氨基酸酯的还原、环氧乙烷类叠氮化还原合成手性氨基醇的方法进行了综述,讨论手性氨基醇作为配体催化潜手性化合物方面的应用。The reduction , addition of amino acid （aldehyde,ketone） and the reduction of amino acid esters with azide of epoxides were introduced. Also, the recent synthetic methods and the application of chiral amino alcohols were summarized.
