海洛因依赖者的记忆问题

摘　　要：本文采用选择性提醒测验对８０例海洛因患者和８０例正常人的记忆作对照研究。结果显示，海洛因依赖者的记忆异常率为２６．３％，显著高于对照组（３．８％）。记忆损害主要表现在再现能力障碍。结果表明，海洛因依赖患者确有一定记忆损害。本文并对海洛因依赖者记忆损害的原因进行探讨。To study the memory function of patients with heroin dependence, selective reminding test was administered to 80 heroin addicts and the same number of control subjects. The results showed that the abnormal rate of the memory function in heroin addicts (26.3%) was significantly higher than that of control subjects (3.8%). The memory impairment in heroin addicts was mainly the disorder of evocation. These results indicated that heroin addicts had memory impairment. Some causes of the memory impairment in heroin addicts were discussed in the paper.
