摘　　要：文中提出了一般用户从结构角度对微机处理机进行功能测试的实用方法。用户把从手册等资料中收集到的信息绘制出一个测试用的逻辑结构功能框图,该框图以运算部件为中心,标出了主要部件和数据通道。测试根据这个框图来进行,基本故障模型为单个可检测的s.a.0(1)。如果实践认为确有必要,在局部范围内可扩大该故障模型。This paper presents a practical method of functional testing of micropr ocessors from Structural-level point of view. Users can sketch a functional block diagram of structural-level for testing by informations which may be obtained from microprocessor's manuals.Arithmetic units and their data-channels are main compo nents in the diagram.Test generation is based on it.The basic fault model is single detectable s.a.0( l ) fault.
