Aging-Retarding Effects of Near Infrared Radiation on Nailfold Microcirculation, Free Radical and Natural Killer Cells

摘  要:选择23例中老年病人为治疗组,20例健康中老年人为对照组,观察近红外线微量照射对微循环、自由基代谢及自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)活性的影响。结果表明,治疗后微循环改善显著,其总积分和血液流态积分、袢周状态积分明显下降(P<001~005);自由基代谢亦有改善,其中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)明显上升(P<001),过氧化氢激酶(Cat)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)有上升趋势,过氧化脂质(Lpo)有降低趋势(P>005),NK活性显著提高(P<001)。结果提示:近红外线微量照射可对上述三方面产生良好影响。Aging-retarding effects of Near Infrared radiation(NIR) on nailfold microcirculation(NFM), metabolism of free radical and Natural Killer cells(NK cells) activities in blood on 23 patients as treatment group and 20 healthy individuals as control group were studied. The results showed that after treatment the total score of NFM, the score values of hemodynamics and status of perivascular tissue significantly decreased(P<0.05~0.01), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and lipid activities in blood significantly increased(P<0.01), and it also showed that catalase(Cat), glutathione(GSH) had an increasing tendency, and lipid peroxide(Lpo) had a decreasing tendency. It suggest that NIR may have an aging-retarding effect.
