明珠口服液治疗脉络膜视网膜疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：为了观察明珠口服液在治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的确切疗效，我们进行了４４２眼（４２１例）临床研究，其中治疗组（明珠口服液）３３８眼（３２１例），对照组（杞菊地黄口服液）１０４眼（１００例）。研究结果：治疗组的显愈率和总有效率分别为５８．３％和８６．１％；对照组的显愈率与总有效率分别为１７．３％和４５．２％。两组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。To study the clinical effect of Mingzhu Oral Liquid (MOL) on central serous choroido_retinitis, 422 eyes from 421 cases were allocated to two groups: 338 eyes from 321 cases treated with MOL as treatment group and 104 eyes from 100 cases treated with Qiju Dihuang Oral Liquid as control. The results showed that the markedly effective rate and the total effective rate in treatment group were 58.3% and 86.1%respectively and 17.3% and 45.2%respectively in the control group. The differences being significant (P<0.01). Liver and renal function tests in some cases of the treatment group revealed no toxic or side effects.
