清肝冲剂对免疫性肝炎模型小鼠的保护作用及免疫调节作用

摘　　要：观察了清肝冲剂对小鼠免疫性肝损伤及免疫功能的影响。结果表明，清肝冲剂灌胃６４ｇ／（ｋｇ．ｄ）对ＢＣＧ（卡介苗）加ＬＰＳ（脂多糖）诱导的小鼠免疫性肝炎有明显保护作用，可降低肝损伤小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转换酶（ＡＬＴ）和门冬氨酸氨基转换酶（ＡＳＴ）活性。清肝冲剂１６ｇ／（ｋｇ．ｄ）、３２ｇ／（ｋｇ．ｄ）、６４ｇ／（ｋｇ．ｄ）能提高免疫功能低下小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能，吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均明显升高；能明显促进刀豆素Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）诱导的小鼠体内淋巴细胞转化，淋巴细胞转化率显著升高；清肝冲剂增加鸡红细胞（ＣＲＢＣ）致敏小鼠溶血素抗体的生成，并能增加ＣＲＢＣ致敏小鼠脾指数。结果提示，清肝冲剂对小鼠免疫性肝损伤有保护作用，对小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫均有免疫调节作用。The protective and immunomodulatory effects of Qinggan Granule (QGG) on LPS_induced hepatic damage in BCG infected mice were studied. QGG at the dose of ig. 64g/kg·d significantly decreased the activities of serum ALT and AST.QGG ig 16g/kg·d, 32g/kg·d and 64g/kg·d enhanced the phagocytosis of peritoreal macrophages and increased the phagocytic rate and index in immunodeficient mice.QGG improved the ConA_ induced lymphocyte transformation rate of mice treated with cyclophosphomide. On the other hand,QGG increased the hemolysin antibody forming capacity of mice sensitized with cock red blood cell (CRBC),and increased the weight of spleen. The results suggest that QGG has a protective effect on immune hepatitis mice model and immunomodulatory effects on its cellular and humoral immunity.
