摘  要:研究补脑丸对小鼠及大鼠学习、记忆的影响。小白鼠避暗法的试验结果表明,补脑丸0.65g(生药量)/kg及1.29g(生药量)/kg灌胃,连续7d,均能显著延长氢溴酸东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍小鼠测试时的潜伏期,补脑丸1.29g(生药量)/kg还能显著减少氢溴酸东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍小鼠测试时5min内的错误次数。结果提示,补脑丸能明显改善东莨菪碱所致记忆获得障碍小鼠的记忆功能。大白鼠跳台法的实验结果表明,补脑丸0.36g(生药量)/kg及0.72g(生药量)/kg灌胃,连续10d,均能延长测试时的潜伏期及减少测试时5min内错误次数,提示补脑丸能增强大白鼠的记忆功能,补脑丸0.72g(生药量)/kg还能减少训练时5min内的错误次数。Influence of Bunao Pill (BNP) on the learning and memory of rats and mice was studied. Oral administration of BNP in dosages of 0.65g /kg and 1.29g/kg for 7 consecutive days significantly lengthened the latent period of acquired memory disturbance induced by scopolamine hydrobromide in mice, and that in dosages of 0.36g/kg and 0.72g/kg for 10 consecutive days also lengthened the latent period and decreased the times of error within 5 minutes in rats. It is suggested that BNP can improve the memory of mice and the learning ability of rats.
