摘　　要：采用一次性给大鼠腹腔注射链佐霉素，测定造模后第２天、第６天、第１０天、第１４天四个时点的空腹血糖浓度，结果提示：一次性腹腔注射可形成大鼠实验性糖尿病模型，血糖稳定时间大约需要１０ｄ以上。Once celiac streptozocin injection was used to establish diabetes model rat in this paper. The fasting blood glucose were respectively tested on the 2nd, 6th, 10th and 14th day after modeling. The results indicated that once celiac streptozocin injection could establish an experimental diabetes model in rat. More than 10 days were necessary to stabilize the blood glucose concentration.
