摘 要:选用生物载体作为反应器的填料,并利用沈阳北部污水处理厂的活性污泥对填料进行挂膜,由低到高通入工业有机气体进行驯化。在系统稳定后进行了生物过滤塔净化工业有机气体的实验研究。实验结果表明:入口气体浓度<25mg/m3时,有机废气的净化效率可保持在97%以上,当超过此值时,效率有明显下降。随着进口气体流量的增加,净化率逐渐下降,由入口流量为0.2m3/h时的97.2%下降到入口流量为0.8m3/h时的73.0%。湿度对净化率的影响较大,其中当湿度达到40%以上时,反应器有良好的去除效果。生物过滤塔的压降随着气体流量和填料高度的增加而增加。The crushed bio-carrier was selected as the filler in a reactor,and the sludge was filled into it from Shenyang northern wastewater treatment plant. The biofilm was formed on the surface of the carrier and acclimated by using industrial organic waste gas from low concentration to high into the biofilter. After the system was stable,the research on purification of industrial organic waste gas by biofilter was started. The experimental results showed that the purification efficiency of formaldehyde was up to over 97% when inlet gas concentration was less than 25 mg/m^3 ,if it was over 25 mg/m^3 ,the removal rate was decreased significantly.As the inlet gas flux was continuously increased,the removal efficiency was gradually declined and the removal efficiency was declined from 97.2% in the inlet gas flux of 0.2 m^3/h to 73.0% in the inlet gas flux of 0.8 m^3/h. Humidity is important factor to affect the removal efficency,When the humidity reached 40%,the removal efficiency was very high.The pressure drop in the biofilter was increased as the increase in inlet gas flux and the height of fillers.
