健脾温肾丸治疗慢性腹泻的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：应用健脾温肾丸治疗慢性腹泻患者179例，另与60例应用附子理中丸治疗者作对照。结果健脾温肾丸对脾胃虚弱：脾肾虚寒及肾阳虚弱型的腹泻，总有效率达95．5％，对照组疗效为88．3％。实验证明：健脾温肾丸对番泻叶所致小鼠虚性腹泻有止泻作用，能抑制番泻叶致腹泻小鼠的肠运动，并无毒副作用。179 chronic diarrhea patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency were treatedwith Jianpiwenshen pills and the total effective rate, effective rate were 95. 5% and 100% respectively. Other 60 patients with same diseases were treated with Fuzhilizhong pills served as controls. The effective rates in Jianpiwenshen group were significantly higher than control group.Jianpiwenshen pills were also found to be able to control diarrhea in mice induced by Senna Foliaby inhibiting intestinal movement. No toxic or adverse effect was revealed.
