摘 要:以二硝基氯苯法制作大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型,埋藏电极记录结肠电,观察中药复方胃肠康的作用,并以“离体肠道流体推进检测系统”观察胃肠康成分白术羟内酯和二氢黄酮B3对病模大鼠结肠推进行为的影响、发现病模大鼠结肠发生典型的溃疡,浸泡液一氧化氮(NO)产物(NOP)的含量显著高于正常;其结肠的基本电节律变慢、幅值降低、收缩性复合肌电及峰电明显减少;离体结肠动力异常并表现为复合波频率异常增高、肛向纯推进过高及动力减弱3个类型。经胃肠康治疗后,结肠的病理改变明显减轻,结肠电倾向恢复正常,同时NOP亦回降至正常水平。动脉灌注白术羟内酯使增高的结肠推进复合波频率倾向恢复正常,二氢黄酮B3则使动力降低的结肠推进复合波增强。研究表明,胃肠康及其成份能有效治疗结肠溃疡性炎症,调整结肠电和动力异常,其机制与调整NO水平有关。In order to observe the effect of Weichangkang decoction, the rat-models of ulcerative colitis were induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (NN), an electrode was buried in rats' colonand their colonic electricity was recorded. It was found that colon of rat-models developed typicalulceration, contents of NOP in soakage was obviously higher than the normal value. The basicelectric rhythm of colon was slowed; extent was decreased and systolic compound muscular electricity and peak electricity were markedly lowered. After treatment with Weichangkang, thepathologic changes of colon were obviously recovered; colonic electricity tended to be normal;content of NOP also returned to normal level. The results showed that Weichangkang decoctionhas excellent effect on ulcerative colitis. It could regulate colonic electricity and motility. Thesemechanisms were associated with NO level.
